THERMIS S.A. was established in 2006 in order to introduce the parent company in the market of energy production from Renewable Energy Sources.

THERMIS S.A. is a subsidiary of THEMELI S.A. and enjoys the parent company's full support across the full spectrum of design, licensing, construction and development processes of energy projects.
It is a project company to include the individual companies that will manage the local wind farms. Now (Dec 2011) includes Xirovouni Platanou Sa, Perganti Akarnanikon SA and Stroggilo Vouno SA.

Furthermore, the company has secured production licenses while it is expected that licenses for the installation of 11 further wind farms with a total power output of 200 MW will be issued in the near future.
